HEMP MARKET .STORE Shipping & Returns Policy
Hemp Market .Store prompt delivers to all Australia. The size, weight of the package and location will determine the time it takes for you to receive the package. We use a range of delivery options to provide the most affordable option for every single product which also needs to suit every location.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the product details page.
We cannot be held responsible for time taken by couriers and other shipping companies to deliver parcels. Parcels are sent on the method you select and usually ships within 24 hours. We apologize in advance for any delay incurred by third party companies.
In case you buy a combination of products and one of them is not available, which will also be stated at the product current stock level information, the order shippment shall be delayed until all products are available. If you have urgency in receiving one of the items first, you must place separate orders, one for available products and other for unavailable items.
All parcels are sent in plain and discrete packaging.
In order to deliver in a timely manner, we will need the following information:
- Valid First and Last name.
- Valid delivery address, with suburb and post code where wish to have your order delivered to.
- Valid email address so we can send your order communications such as: order confirmation, invoice, tracking numbers, etc.
- Valid phone number (mobile or landline, in case the courier needs to contact you or in case we need to contact you)
- Desirable to have Instructions also.
You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the product does not match descriptions. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
However, you will not have the right of returns if:
- got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
- misused a product in any way that caused the problem
- knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
- asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
